- Brief introduction：This speech series, Professor Stoddart will share his life and academic journey as an ordinary farm boy from Edinburgh, Scotland to becoming the Board of Trustees Professor of Chemistry at Northwestern University and a Nobel laureate of Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2016.
He will also talk about the inspiration of molecular machine and the story behind this groundbreaking achievement.
