The Bachelor's Degree Program in International Sports Affairs (BPISA) is designed to educate future professionals in sports management in a way that reflects the latest trends and developments in the local and international sports industries.
BPISA places emphasis on developing communication and management skills, aiming to educate students in the planning, operation, and management of international sports affairs. By combining resources from faculty in the humanities, social sciences, and management, as well as industry professionals, BPISA helps students develop interdisciplinary skills in the field.
In addition, NTU offers students learning opportunities with its numerous sister schools around the globe, including many institutions which specialize in sports-related disciplines, such as Tsukuba University (Japan), Mahidol University (Thailand), Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), and the University of North Carolina (United States). In the future, NTU will continue to sign memoranda of academic cooperation and exchange to further promote collaboration among faculty, provide students with more diverse learning opportunities, and broaden their international horizons.
BPISA seeks to recruit students with diverse interests and potential for future career development. Therefore, in addition to classroom learning, our curriculum also includes specialized training and internships. Students will be able to continue refining their athletic expertise and expand their careers through on-site training, participation in international competitions, and exchange programs. Additionally, BPISA proactively develops partnerships with local and international sports organizations so that students have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports affairs.
