A13 : General Education courses that meet any of the following criteria are given priority when allocating funding for teaching assistants, guest speaker honorariums, and field trip expenses:
- Courses designed around the new subareas of the General Education 5.0 curriculum that actively integrate its five core elements: interdisciplinarity, prospectiveness, sustainability, reflectiveness, and collaboration.
- Courses that bridge two distinct General Education areas.
- Courses that focus on media literacy or information interpretation.
- Courses that incorporate hands-on experience, practical work, action research, or case studies.
- (Interdisciplinary) Courses that focus on digital literacy, addressing topics such as AI, internet safety, statistics, information interpretation, programming languages, big data, or data science.
